Our Services
We provide an array of urgent care, primary care and walk-in clinic services. We will help keep the treatment process professional, efficient and customized to each patient. In order to diagnose the patient and review their overall health, we provide health checkups, physical exams, school physicals, laboratory services, DOT physicals, blood testing, pregnancy testing, STD testing and drug screenings. As an imaging center, we can also take X-rays, CT scans to get a better look inside the body to see what is wrong. Other services include laceration care, auto accident treatment, minor illness treatment, adult immunizations, flu shots, breathing treatments and neck/back pain treatment.
Patient Information
To begin the treatment process, we need to gather information on the patient’s current condition, medical history, allergies, insurance and any other pertinent factors. In most cases, the patient will provide this information on a “New Patient Information Form” before the appointment. Once we have this information on record, return visits will go even faster since the patient will not have to fill out a new form each time. By customizing the treatment, we can help patients receive care to meet specific needs, instead of a generalized broad sweep of treatment that is ineffective.
